First Impressions:
Come into DNS and get a feel for us.
A tale of first impressions:
"As a school committee
member in my town, I was once part of a dedicated selection
committee that was looking to hire a headmaster. We
compared dozens of resumes, checked references, and
interviewed potential candidates. A secretary greeted the
candidates on the day of the interviews and spent five
minutes with each one. She privately noted her three top
choices for the position. Exhausted but confident with our
efforts, we made a list of our top three choices. The
secretary subsequently shared her list with me and it was
identical to ours. And her top pick? He became our new
headmaster."

All
schools may sound great on paper—and on websites. The
only way to determine whether a program is right for your
child is to see it with your own eyes and sense it with
your own intuition.
We are ready for first
impressions. Come check us out:
- Is our school clean, updated and sunny?
- Does it offer a variety of modalities of play?
- Does it feel warm and inviting?
- Do the children seem happy and engaged?
- What tones do the teachers use with the students?
- Do the teachers seem exhausted or attentive?
- Does this look like a fun place to work and play?
